Hi Families!
Just a few notes to keep you up to speed:
Spelling: There will be no spelling for the next two weeks due to short weeks.
Writing: This week students started writing their second draft of their persuasive letter. We hope to start typing those letters and have them sent by next week.
Math: On Monday students took a test over fractions, decimals and percentages. Look for those to come home and be signed by the end of the week. This week we will do some review of math concepts to prepare for the state assessments. Look for an upcoming list of math concepts you can work on at home. Again, your home support is always appreciated!
* Please ask your students if they need their dry erase markers replaced. These are vital to math practice in class!
Don't forget conferences are coming up next week! If you have forgotten your time send me a note and I will write a reminder in your child's planner. I look forward to visiting with all of you soon.
