Potlatch Monday

Dear Parents,
In order to celebrate ending our last region, the West Region, my fourth grade class is having a potlatch. This is a Native American feast to celebrate the totem poles we are making. Our class voted and decided to have a breakfast potlatch. Students need to bring something to share for breakfast. Since everyone is bringing something, you do not have to bring enough for everyone. There should be plenty of food to go around. If someone would like to volunteer paper plates, silverware, napkins, and cups that would be awesome. Just let me know. Student totem poles are due Monday morning with a written description of their totem pole and what each animal represents and why. Thanks so much for helping out at home. If you have any questions please let me know.
